Senior Manager/Manager Compensation Benchmarking & Productivity-5+ years-Bangalore

Join a dynamic and fast-growing insurance organization known for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and people-centric culture. Work with senior leadership, shape compensation governance, and build frameworks that impact thousands of employees across functions.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead internal and external compensation benchmarking by building analytics dashboards, maintaining salary structures, and driving governance across compensation cycles.
  2. Partner with Finance and leadership to deliver insights on pay equity, cost impact, risk, and ROI for informed decision-making.
  3. Drive the end-to-end OKR framework across all levels by enabling managers, administering the OKR system, running quarterly reviews, and delivering analytics on OKR quality, alignment, and productivity outcomes.
  4. Define and embed role-specific productivity scorecards with baselines and stretch targets across functions, driving monthly reviews and improvement actions through integrated performance and OKR frameworks.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth rollouts, create manager enablement materials, and ensure complete audit documentation across compensation cycles, calibrations, OKRs, and LTIP governance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree required;

    MBA/PG in HR, Finance, Analytics preferred

    .
  2. 5–10+ years

    in HR (Compensation/Performance), ideally with Insurance/Financial Services experience.
  3. Experience in market benchmarking, compensation analytics, OKR frameworks, and productivity modeling.
  4. Strong familiarity with

    regulatory/audit norms

    related to remuneration governance.
  5. Technical skills:
    1. Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau
    2. HRIS/TMS: SuccessFactors/Workday/Darwinbox
    3. Market survey tools: Mercer/WTW/Aon
  6. Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and analytical capability.
