Senior Manager- Zonal Collection Manager- Lucknow (Unsecured Products)

Objective (Purpose of the Job)

The purpose of this role is to supervise and manage field collections through In-house & External collections team to deliver continuous results, drive profitability, process improvement through initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

1. To manage large Team size (Internal & External team) at multi-location / Regional level.

2. Must be Target oriented and set high benchmarks for the team.

3. Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows in Early buckets.

4. Empaneling new agencies in various business locations based on Requirement

5. Providing Reports & findings to Management which will support in tracking field team performance and fix the Gap (if any).

6. Departmental liaising to improve team performance.

7. Target setting and monitoring, conduct periodic reviews, share feedback for correcting focus to improve team performance

8. Managing the allocation strategy, capacity planning, Span of control & training in- house & external staff about product & services

9. To assist/drive key projects within the company

10. Must be good in planning, Operational challenges & problem solving of AMs & Managers.

11. Analyse team performance and provide corrective action for improvement.

12. Ensure proper quality controls on the set process

13. Customer escalation and complaints management in coordination with other departments.

14. Suggestive in New Collection tools/incentives for better collection

15. Responsible to manage and drive RNR activities for Internal team and External vendors.

Coaching & mentoring of team and control attrition

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate, with minimum 8-10 years of collections experience.
• Candidate should have large field team handling experience (TLs/AM’s)
• Computer literacy: internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Presentation savvy
• Should be able to coordinate with other department efficiently to resolve queries.
• Drive Team for Higher productivity
• Must be good in Planning and execution and able to manage large volumes
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Supervisory skills: ability to coach, mentor and inspire
• Result orientation: ability to set and review targets
• Open to travel for official purpose
