Job Description

Role Overview: As a Webmaster, you will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, optimization, and management of the company's web presence. Your responsibilities will go beyond mere maintenance as you will have the opportunity to shape how the site drives awareness, conversions, and overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the overall website and web infrastructure strategy to support growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Drive website optimization at scale, including SEO, performance tuning, loading speed, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. - Partner with marketing to create and optimize high-converting landing pages and campaign microsites. - Define and enforce web governance, security, and compliance standards such as SSL, firewalls, and GDPR/CCPA readiness. - Lead integrations between the website, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation systems to enable seamless SaaS workflows. - Build and manage an analytics and experimentation framework, including A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and heatmaps, to improve conversions. - Guide decisions on CMS, hosting, and architecture, balancing scalability and efficiency. - Manage internal teams and/or external vendors/agencies to execute projects on time and at high quality. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and engineering teams to ensure the website reflects the brand vision. - Stay updated on trends in web technologies, SEO, and SaaS digital growth to bring innovation into execution. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of experience in webmaster, web development, or digital experience roles, with at least 3-5 years of people management experience. - Proven expertise in website optimization and performance improvements, including SEO, speed, and conversions. - Strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and headless CMS. - Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.). - Advanced knowledge of web analytics, CRO, and A/B testing tools. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills. - Experience in SaaS or B2B technology is a strong advantage.,
