Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager - Taxation at our Head Office in Ghaziabad, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all taxation-related matters of the organization. Your extensive experience of more than 20 years exclusively in taxation will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with GST, Excise, and other tax laws. Your expertise in handling tax assessments, audits, and litigation, as well as providing expert advice on taxation issues and legal compliances, will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all taxation-related matters of the organization. - Ensure compliance with GST, Excise, and other applicable tax laws. - Handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation efficiently. - Provide expert advice on taxation issues and legal compliances. - Liaise with tax authorities and legal consultants as required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 20+ years of experience exclusively in Taxation. - Strong exposure to GST, Excise, litigation, and legal issues related to taxation. - Qualification: B.Com / CA Inter / MBA - Proven track record of managing taxation independently at a senior level. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented approach.
