Role Overview: You are required to take on the challenging role of Senior Manager Taxation, where your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all taxation-related matters of the organization with a strong focus on GST, Excise, litigation, and legal compliances. Your extensive experience of more than 20 years exclusively in taxation will be crucial for this critical position. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all taxation-related matters of the organization. - Ensure compliance with GST, Excise, and other applicable tax laws. - Efficiently handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation. - Provide expert advice on taxation issues and legal compliances. - Liaise with tax authorities and legal consultants as required. Qualification Required: - Minimum 20+ years of experience exclusively in Taxation. - Strong exposure to GST, Excise, litigation, and legal issues related to taxation. - Qualification: B.Com / CA Inter / MBA. - Proven track record of managing taxation independently at a senior level. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and compliance-oriented approach. Note: This position requires full-fledged taxation experience, and candidates with a background in Accounts or Finance will not be considered suitable. The role is exclusive and urgent, offering a competitive salary range of 1,00,000 to 1,25,000 per month.
