The Senior Manager Institutional & Industrial Sales will be responsible for driving Industrial

foam range & B2B sales to institutional clients, large industries. The role requires strategic

thinking, client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and a strong

understanding of industrial procurement cycles to grow revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for institutional and industrial clients to

achieve business targets.

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients across sectors such as manufacturing,

infrastructure, government, etc.

  • Manage key accounts with long-term focus on retention and upselling.

Business Development:

  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing models.

Client Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with procurement heads, influencers, and decision-

makers.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and resolve issues to ensure high customer

satisfaction.

  • Act as a single point of contact for strategic clients.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with product, finance, legal, and operations teams for timely delivery,

pricing, and contract closure.

  • Ensure smooth post-sales service and customer experience management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue growth from institutional and industrial segments.

  • Client acquisition and retention rates.

  • Conversion rate of proposals.

  • Gross margins on B2B deals.

  • Customer satisfaction/Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent preferred.

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Commerce, or related fields.

  • 12 years of experience in Industrial sales technical b2b customers.

  • Proven track record of handling large enterprise clients.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and complex decision-making hierarchies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • High level of initiative, ownership, and integrity.
