Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the enhancement and support of the Oracle EBS ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the ERP system and related processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new functionalities and modules within the Oracle EBS ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT management and ERP support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades and support.
  • Develop and implement training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of the ERP system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS ERP systems.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
  • Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and functionality.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. English proficiency required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
