This position plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive product portfolio, ensuring that all components are executed with precision and excellence. The incumbent will be responsible for the effective publication of surveys and related products, supervising their processing and ensuring timely delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality.
This position demands a proactive approach to risk management, requiring the ability to identify potential challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies. This role will be instrumental in enhancing and developing the portfolio by serving as a Subject Matter Expert in specific areas of the survey process. They will leverage extensive knowledge of market dynamics to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and improving the overall customer experience are paramount in this role. They will engage with stakeholders, preparing data for presentations and facilitating discussions to ensure that their needs are met effectively. By cultivating a deep understanding of client perspectives, the incumbent will contribute to the development of tailored solutions that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Workflow Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment and consistency in outputs while representing the RDS (Remuneration Data Solutions) team in regional and global initiatives. The successful candidate will also engage in project planning, contributing to the development of production estimates and schedules.

- Conduct thorough peer reviews of various survey tasks, providing comprehensive technical feedback to colleagues to enhance overall output.
- Monitor the progress of surveys diligently to guarantee on-time completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify and escalate any risks that may arise during the survey processing phases, which could potentially impact quality or timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within the organization and the market to ensure that the needs of the surveys are effectively met.
- Ensure that all process documentation is meticulously prepared and reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
- Confirm that all tools and software required for survey production are adequately prepared and thoroughly tested prior to deployment.
- Monitor and manage the budget effectively, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Execute performance audits to assess and enhance team efficiency and output.
- Provide guidance to team members in project planning and collaborate with Operational Project Leaders (OPLs) on the definition of key milestones.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business and market landscape, as well as the end-to-end survey process.
- Collaborate with global teams to revise survey processes and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the methodologies underlying processes and products, actively sharing insights with junior colleagues and consistently seeking solutions and responses to challenges. Demonstrates proficiency in identifying and sourcing necessary information.
- Ensures the implementation of product design standards and methodologies within the assigned product portfolio, maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.

- Act as a product and process manager, responsible for the comprehensive documentation of methodologies and processes, including instructions, manuals, and tracking changes in methodology.
- Support the testing of new methodologies and baskets, ensuring that key processes are well-documented and have appropriate backups.
- Demonstrates a profound understanding of the business and market landscape, as well as the end-to-end processes, recognizing how RDS (Research and Development Services) operations impact various stakeholders.
- Capable of delivering comprehensive insights regarding the managed portfolio, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
- Identify potential courses of action and formulates recommendations within the scope of the managed portfolio, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Actively participates in and reviews recordings of client meetings to stay informed and engaged with client needs and expectations.
- Prepares data for client presentations, ensuring the completion of presentation templates with accurate and relevant information.
- Initiates, participates in, and leads discussions with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Ensures a foundational understanding of the broader business context by attending Line of Business (LoB) meetings, enhancing overall strategic awareness.

- Exhibit advanced presentation skills for internal purposes, effectively conveying information and ideas.
What you need to have:
- Graduate (any stream)
- A minimum of 6 years experience in similar kind of work, data analysis or related field preferred
- Experience in managing large databases and developing customized tools
- Familiarity with analytical tools and programming languages (e.g.: R, Python, VBA)
