Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Supply Chain (HoReCa) based in New Delhi. The role entails overseeing supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply management. The Senior Manager will monitor and optimize supply chain efficiency, analyze data to make informed decisions, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business objectives. The individual will also be responsible for resolving supply-related challenges and driving continuous improvements in operations. Shall be responsible for P&L.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to manage forecasts and analyze supply chain performance.
• Expertise in Inventory Management and Supply Management to ensure efficient stock control and meet customer demands.
• Experience in Procurement to source quality resources, negotiate with vendors, and optimize purchasing strategies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in HoReCa or food service or Cold supply chain industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
