As Senior Manager – Student Engagement & Marketing, you’ll lead bold, data-driven initiatives to grow our student community and amplify brand presence across platforms.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-

✅ Build and nurture student & campus communities

✅ Identify and manage brand ambassadors and faculty influencers

✅ Drive cross-platform marketing campaigns

✅ Track campaign performance using analytics & AI dashboards

✅ Automate marketing workflows and enhance efficiency

✅ Collaborate closely with digital, product, and sales teams

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:-

✔️ 5–10 years in EdTech, publishing, or digital marketing

✔️ MBA/PG in Marketing preferred

✔️ Strong grasp of student engagement and influencer marketing

✔️ Hands-on experience with analytics tools & AI marketing platforms

✔️ Excellent managerial, communication & PowerPoint skills
