We seek a young dynamic professional to work directly with our CEO in the capacity of Senior Manager - Strategic Projects. The incumbent will work closely to execute strategic initiatives from the CEO’s Office and will be groomed for advancement to a higher role within the organization. This position is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to progress.

This critical and influential position will drive a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. It demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

•Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.

•Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use

•Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

•Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

What We Are Looking For:

•Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.

•Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel

•Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.

•Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact.

•Communication: Outstanding communication skills
