Key Responsibilities: - Provide industry insights that drive growth by understanding industry trends, challenges, key players, and best practices - Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients" industries and markets - Mentor, coach, and counsel team members to foster an inclusive culture and high-performing teams - Enhance operational efficiency through standardization and process automation - Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed - Manage engagement time and budgets effectively - Anticipate clients" needs and provide strategic insights and responsiveness - Support the overall growth strategy for the practice as part of the leadership team - Represent EY and its service lines effectively, driving business development processes - Develop long-term relationships internally and externally to enhance the EY brand - Drive the quality culture agenda within the team - Contribute to performance management for direct reportees and team members - Address people-related issues strategically and analytically - Collaborate with the team in a progressive environment to ensure project success Qualifications Required: - At least 15 years of industry experience with a minimum of 10 years as a Manager or 5 years as a Senior Manager in information security or information technology, preferably in a business consulting role - College degree in a related technology field or equivalent job experiences - Certification is an added advantage - Fluency in English, with other language skills considered an asset - Experience working with onsite teams in business development or delivery - Proficiency in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Details: EY offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring and meaningful projects.
