Roles & Responsibilities:

• Finance Operations & Leadership

  : Lead a team responsible for day-to-day

  GL, AP, AR

  , and

  MIS

  functions.

• General Ledger (GL)

  : Manage all aspects of

  GL

  accounting, including journal entries and intercompany adjustments.

• Accounts Payable (AP)

  : Supervise the entire Accounts Payable process, from invoice booking and vendor reconciliations to payment processing.

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

  : Oversee invoicing, track receivables, and perform customer account reconciliation.

• Reconciliation & Consolidation

  : Handle reconciliation and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy across all financial records.

• MIS Reporting

  : Prepare comprehensive

  MIS

  reports, including

  P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP Ageing, and Working Capital

  analysis.

• Compliance & Regulatory Reporting

  : Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory and reporting standards.

Skills Required:

• Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting.
• Expertise in

  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  management.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in preparing comprehensive

  MIS reports

  and financial statements.
• Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a professional certification like

  CA or CPA
