They are looking for experienced professionals having rich experience in GCC (global capability center) advisory, Shared services optimization & Operational excellence programs / projects. As part of this high-performing team, you will get an opportunity to work with a variety of Engagements in with local and global teams across industry verticals. You will be either leading or will be a part of large transformation programs and driving business impact.
Required technical knowledgeShared Services Outsourcing Advisory SpecificUnderstanding of GBS/GCC, lifecycle, models and value propositionPreferred experience with either outsourcing company/ In house centers in the areas of process excellence / Transformation / Digital / Transitions / Process Re-engineeringOperating model assessment, design and roll outAbility to create Process Documentation (Maps / RACI / SLAs ) , Perform Time and motion studies / Manpower assessmentsStrong Power point, Excel and Visio skillsBonus to have experience with process mining (Own experience)Good understanding of technology and use cases in businessAdditional requirementsLead a teamLead project work streamsSupport with Business developmentCoach and guide the project teamManage timelines and resources on projectsManage Project Economics10-15 Years of experience.
