Senior Manager (Service Delivery Manager)

Position Details
As part of our EY-Assurance Team, the Digital Senior Manager will be responsible forCreating and developing business for ESG related domain.Managing resources and assembling teams to deliver to projects won.working closely and leading teams with associates, seniors, team leaders, assistant managers, and handling service delivery for an Area/Region/Solution/Sector. The principal objectives will be to ensure that consistent and high-quality service is provided by the team by taking end-to-end project ownership and accomplishing the define goals.The CCASS Manager is responsible for the overall success of implantation of ESG solutions/ideas that can bring more business or can bring efficiencies by digitalize the manual work.Manage budget vs actuals at all points in the project lifecycle.

Requirement:
Basic understanding of ESG Domain12+ years experience (demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of operational and project/Program management experience which is ability to manage software project in Agile way with good hold on Scrum/Agile/Safe methodologies.Experience in Business Development and has worked on RFPs/Business Cases and has earlier set up and expanded teams.Experience in independently leading the organization wide Tech Initiatives along with managing the delivery of those initiatives spanning across SharePoint/ React, .NET, Web Portal development, Cloud etc.Transformation Business Process Reengineering, Business Process OptimizationData Visualization PowerBI, Spotfire etc.For CCaSS portfolio Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle, Manage the day today detailed aspects of multiple projects, Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects in the program.Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, upper management, and stakeholders.Prior experience with agile methodologies and practicesThe individual will assist the management team in developing and coaching team members as well as ensuring that resources are deployed in the most effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationship with onshore stakeholders (Areas leadership and champion network) and manage their expectations on service delivery.Building Centralized Data storage systemBuilding Data Strategies for the teamBuilt good understanding of Sources and Target sources by understanding the GDS Assurance Business. Responsible for identifying and creating new service offerings/Solution.sResponsible for ensuring high quality consistent and efficient service is provided by the team to the Project teams of different areas/regions.Responsible for managing the operational aspects of Project management such as, resource management, Metrics & Reporting, performance management and elements of risk management.In addition, the Manager will be responsible to build strong relationships with local teams and clients, identifying areas where GDS can improve quality of, and increase the scope of work.Experience in coordinating projects and interdependencies between various projects within the programAdditional skills requirements:Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously through effective prioritization,organization, flexibility and self-discipline.Must have demonstrated project management experience.Knowledge of firms reporting tools and processes.Proactive, organized and self-sufficient with ability to priorities and multitask.Analyses complex or unusual problems and is able to deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions.Ability to quickly and easily create/ gather/ analyze data from a variety of sources.A robust and resilient disposition able to encourage discipline in team behaviors
