job description for the Senior Manager – Sales & Operations role: Senior Manager – Sales & Operations Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Gender: Male Age: 35–45 years Reports To: Managing Director (MD) Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and operations for a large corporate in the FPL road transport sector. Manage and develop a team of 20–40 personnel. Ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery. Implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency. Regular reporting to the MD. Qualifications & Experience: 7–10 years in sales and operations management, preferably in road transport or logistics. Experience as an Area or Zonal Manager. Proficiency in Excel and email communication. Fluent in English. Skills: Strong leadership and team management. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
