Senior Manager - Sales & Operations

As the Senior Manager Sales & Operations, you will be responsible for leading sales and operations activities for a prominent corporate within the FPL road transport sector. Your primary duties will involve managing and nurturing a team of 20-40 individuals while ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of services. It will be imperative for you to implement business growth strategies and operational efficiencies, with regular reporting to the Managing Director. To excel in this role, you should possess 7-10 years of experience in sales and operations management, ideally within the road transport or logistics industry. Previous roles as an Area or Zonal Manager would be advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and email communication, as well as fluency in English, will be essential for effective performance. Your success in this position will rely on your strong leadership and team management skills, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and proficient communication and negotiation capabilities.
