Job Description

Role Overview: As the Incharge - Project Sales at Adani Realty, your main responsibility will be to manage the site operations and drive revenue generation in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You will need to ensure that the sales targets are met, establish new business verticals, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and channel partners for smooth operations and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and ensure that the team meets the revenue goals defined in the AOP. - Engage in B2B and B2C sales conversations to identify and qualify leads in targeted markets. - Build and leverage a network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing clients to achieve set goals. - Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners to strengthen relationships and evaluate achievements against targets. - Follow up proactively with potential consumers based on their needs and product knowledge. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including site engineers and CRM teams, for seamless project execution. - Discover and pursue new sales prospects while negotiating deals to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. - Assess resource requirements for optimal sales department performance and financial benefits. - Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance sales effectiveness and customer service. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 12-15 years of experience in sourcing and closing sales in the real estate sector. - Strong understanding of sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets while effectively managing teams.
