Location - Kandivali East Role & responsibilities : Spearheading Key Channel Partner Relations to drive Sales & Strategic Alliances across company's Projects and seeking continuous engagement at launch/ Sustenance level. Source and ensure to build good rapport with Channel Partners from unexplored Areas. Provide regular competition and sector updates related to new launches, business practices and channel business contributions. Engage with warm/qualified leads to understand their requirements and build relationships. Provide site visits and project presentations to potential customers. Follow up regularly to drive the decision-making process and close deals. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize agreements in coordination with senior management. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems consistently. Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly booking and revenue targets. Leverage existing channel partner relationships for sustained business contribution. Ensuring business hygiene factors are maintained up to company standards. Meet targeted number of additions to the Channel Partner database every month/quarter. Delivering the walk-in and booking target is met on month on month basis. Developing an intermediary network with ICPs/IPC and Real Estate consultants in the real estate market. Analyzing Business potential and implementing plans to drive Channel Sales for attaining Sales Target. Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure conversion of walk-ins generated through CP's. Product Training for the larger sales teams of Channel partners & wealth channels key Institutional partners MIS and Timely Reports; Daily reporting on the Farvision
