You will be joining EbizON as a Senior Manager- Sales Development in the Noida office. Your main responsibility will be to actively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to drive new business opportunities and support renewals with SMC-Corporate clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive in lead generation, and passionate about driving business growth and contributing to overall revenue success. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team to achieve individual and collective targets - Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients across global markets - Oversee the qualification of inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives - Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging business prospects - Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication - Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets - Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings - Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle - Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system **Requirements:** - Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience, preferably in sales or business development - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability - Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals - High level of business acumen, professionalism, and integrity **About Us:** EbizON is an international team specializing in building technology products and helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
