Senior Manager - RF Repair Engineering (Troubleshoot and Board Level Repair)

Role Description

This is a full-time, international based role for a RF Repair Engineer (Troubleshoot and Board Level Repair). The RF Repair Manager will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing RF and electronic equipment, performing board level troubleshooting and repairs, and maintaining telecom equipment with the international repair teams.

Day-to-day tasks include soldering, ensuring that repaired equipment meets quality standards, and accurately documenting repair processes and outcomes.

This role requires you to have expert knowledge in RF repair as you need to train other teams.

Hardware and software troubleshooting skills essential

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electronics Repair and Troubleshooting - specifically expertise in Telecom Repairs
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Soldering
• Certified IPC Specialist
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical manuals
• Ability to work remotely with a team and to work and train on-site in international sites
• A degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
