Senior Manager - RF Repair Engineering (Troubleshoot and Board Level Repair)

As a RF Repair Engineer at Peachtree Networks, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing RF and electronic equipment, performing board level troubleshooting and repairs, and maintaining telecom equipment with our international repair teams. Your responsibilities will include soldering, ensuring repaired equipment meets quality standards, and accurately documenting repair processes and outcomes. Your expertise in RF repair will be essential as you will be required to train other teams. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Electronics Repair and Troubleshooting, with a specific focus on Telecom Repairs. Experience in Maintenance & Repair, Soldering, and being a Certified IPC Specialist are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical manuals are crucial for success in this position. Additionally, the role requires the flexibility to work remotely with a team and also to work and train on-site in international locations. A degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
