Senior Manager - RF Repair Engineering

You will be joining Peachtree Networks, a company that specializes in providing a variety of telecom solutions such as new and refurbished equipment, maintenance, helpdesk support, managed services, test and repair services, inventory management of spare parts, as well as recycling and idle asset management. The company prides itself on offering high-quality and reliable telecom equipment sourced from reputable multi-vendor OEMs. As a RF Repair Engineer (Troubleshoot and Board Level Repair) in an international full-time role, you will play a key part in diagnosing and repairing RF and electronic equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing board level troubleshooting and repairs, collaborating with international repair teams, conducting soldering tasks, ensuring repaired equipment meets quality standards, and maintaining accurate documentation of repair processes and outcomes. To excel in this role, you must possess advanced knowledge in RF repair in order to effectively train other teams. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting is crucial. Additionally, you should have expertise in Electronics Repair and Troubleshooting, particularly in the realm of Telecom Repairs, alongside experience in Maintenance & Repair and Soldering. Being a Certified IPC Specialist will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow technical manuals, and the capacity to work both remotely with a team and on-site at international locations are essential requirements. Although not mandatory, a degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
