As an enthusiastic candidate for the role of Spares Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing and driving the Spares sales strategy of the Region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Off take & Retail of Spare Parts Business - Implementation of Spares Processes - Conducting Spares Audits - Promoting Spares through various channels - Developing the Retail Network - Providing Market feedback & benchmarking - Conducting Training & Manpower Assessment You will be interacting with various stakeholders both internally and externally, including: Internal: - SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, Technical cell - Field Team RCCM, CCM, RSPMM for Promotion of Parts Retails - CX Team for Customer complaint resolution - IT for IT related support & initiatives External: - Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, Training, and Manpower Assessment. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) - Work Experience: Minimum 5 years, Maximum 10 years - Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM - Other Skills: - Strategic Thinking for short and long term planning - Analytical skills to identify trends and proactively make decisions - Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities - Collaboration as a strong team player - Financial Management including Working capital, P&L statement of CPs - Negotiation Skills for Objection Handling - Sales promotion & Business Development If you are ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to the success of our company, we look forward to receiving your application.,
