Senior Manager-Retail Sales PVBU-East-Sales, Marketing & Customer Care-TMPV

You will be responsible for implementing and driving the Spares sales strategy of the Region through the Service & Retail network. Your main objective will be to achieve desired Parts Sales, Consumption, Penetration, and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include Offtake & Retail of Spare Parts Business, Spares Processes implementation, Spares Audits, Spares Promotion, Retail Network Development, Market feedback & benchmarking, and Training & Manpower Assessment. You will be interacting with various internal stakeholders such as SPD HQ Sales, BTST, Warehousing & Logistics, Technical cell, Field Team RCCM, CCM, RSPMM, CX Team for Customer complaint resolution, and IT for IT-related support & initiatives. Externally, you will engage with Channel Partners for Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence, Network development, Training, and Manpower Assessment. To be successful in this role, you should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM is essential. You should possess skills such as Strategic Thinking for short and long-term planning, Analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification, ability to handle a fast-paced environment, Collaboration as a strong team player, Financial Management including working capital and P&L statement of CPs, Negotiation Skills for objection handling, and Sales promotion & Business Development capabilities.,
