Job Description

Validate logic changes across controllers, models, services, and Rails modules.
Run RSpec test suites and debug failures with precision.
Evaluate ActiveRecord queries, callbacks, validations, and associations.
Identify and resolve MVC-related issues, regressions, and side effects.
Review PRs for clarity, maintainability, and adherence to Rails best practices.
Develop and maintain production-grade Rails codebases.

Job Requirements

Proficient with RSpec, ActiveRecord, and MVC architecture.
Strong understanding of Ruby idioms, Rails patterns, and debugging techniques.
Ability to reason through controller/model interactions and service flows.
Experience in Ruby idioms, MVC patterns, RSpec testing, and debugging complex Rails logic.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
