Position- Quality Engineer(Machine Shop)

Qualification-

Experience- 02 to 05 Years

Annual Package: 03 Lacs to 04 Lacs p.a.

Location- Ajmer (Rajasthan)

1)Must know procedure for preparing CAPA Report.

2)In Process Quality

3)Incoming material quality check.

4)Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.

Must know using measuring instruments like Bore gauge, Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge.

Must have experience in checking quality of machinery part

7)Presentation in Power Point & Pareto Analysis.

8)Expertise in Reading Drawings.

9)Fits & Tolerances.

10)ISO documents knowledge

11)Quality circles, TQM & Brainstorming knowledge.

12)5 Why Analysis

13)CNC Machine Parts knowledge & must know material grades.

14)Calibration of Instruments.

15)Pre delivery inspection
