Job Description

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct and oversee
incoming inspections
of raw materials, parts, and components according to defined specifications and standards.
Develop, review, and update
inspection procedures
, checklists, and work instructions.
Collaborate with suppliers to
resolve quality issues
, initiate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and analyze inspection records,
generate reports
, and monitor supplier performance metrics.
Work closely with the
production team
to ensure non-conforming materials are identified and isolated to prevent production delays or defects.
Perform
audit activities
on suppliers and incoming material handling processes.

Desired Candidate

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Engineering
, preferably
Mechanical
,
Industrial
, or related field.
Minimum
3+ years
of experience in a Quality Engineering role in a
manufacturing environment
.
Strong knowledge latest quality standards, tools & inspection techniques
Familiarity with
SAP

ERP systems
, or quality management software is an advantage.
Excellent

communication skills
.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
