Senior Manager - Public Private Partnerships

Position Summary:

Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to driving sustainable development in education, rural livelihood, and environmental conservation. Our three flagship programs—Abhishala, SYLIFE, and Pragati through Prakriti—are at the forefront of transforming communities and empowering individuals. We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in securing the resources necessary to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Senior Manager – Public–Private Partnerships (PPP)

• Lead

  fundraising and resource mobilisation

  for Nisarg’s flagship programmes, with a strong focus on CSR, institutional, and PPP funding.
• Develop, structure, and manage

  strategic Public–Private Partnerships

  with corporates, foundations, and public institutions.
• Own

  donor and partner relationships

  end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to renewals and long-term engagement.
• Lead the creation of

  proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks

  in collaboration with the teams.
• Head and mentor the

  PPP & Programmes team

  , setting clear targets, KPIs, and accountability.
• Represent Nisarg at

  CSR forums, government meetings, and industry platforms

  to expand partnerships and visibility.
• Track and report

  fundraising performance, partnership pipelines, and outcomes

  to senior leadership.
• Travel extensively for stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding from donors, HNIs, and corporate partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire potential supporters.
