Job Description

You are seeking a professional to join as a Proposal & Bid Manager in the healthcare domain. As a Proposal & Bid Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for healthcare domain opportunities, such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFx, by developing proposal strategies, ensuring solution alignment, and submitting proposals in a timely manner. - Collaborating with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities, shape deals, and engage clients effectively. - Creating and managing impactful marketing collateral tailored to healthcare clients, including case studies, sales decks, brochures, and capability documents. - Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and healthcare industry updates to develop winning value propositions. - Participating in client presentations, pursuit discussions, and workshops to communicate value, differentiation, and solution fit effectively. - Mentoring and guiding junior presales, marketing, and proposal team members to establish best practices for bid, collateral, and pursuit management. - Working closely with delivery, solution architects, pricing, and leadership to ensure alignment on proposals and go-to-market strategies. - Maintaining pipeline dashboards, conducting win/loss analysis, and continuously improving proposal and marketing processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of experience in Proposal Management, Presales, Business Development, or Marketing, with at least 5+ years specifically in the Healthcare domain. - A strong track record in managing complex bids, proactive pursuits, and business development initiatives within the healthcare industry. - Expertise in developing client-focused marketing collateral and crafting compelling narratives for proposals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong project and team management experience, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Additionally, the following skills would be beneficial: - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, MS SharePoint, or proposal automation tools. - Certifications such as APMP (Proposal Management), Marketing certifications, or equivalent. - Exposure to digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, or thought leadership content within the healthcare sector. - Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to support sales strategy.,
