As an experienced professional in Proposal Management, Presales, Business Development, or Marketing, with a specialization in the Healthcare domain, you will play a crucial role in the following areas: **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycle for healthcare domain opportunities, including strategy development, solution alignment, and timely submission. - Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify new business opportunities, shape deals, and engage clients effectively. - Develop impactful marketing collateral tailored to healthcare clients, such as case studies, sales decks, brochures, and capability documents. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates to create winning value propositions. - Engage with clients through presentations, pursuit discussions, and workshops to showcase value, differentiation, and solution fit. - Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for bid, collateral, and pursuit management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on proposals and go-to-market strategies. - Track performance through pipeline dashboards, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement of proposal and marketing processes. **Must-Have Skills:** - 12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in the Healthcare domain. - Proven track record in managing complex bids, proactive pursuits, and business development initiatives in healthcare. - Expertise in developing client-focused marketing collateral and storytelling for proposals. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in project and team management, delivering results under tight deadlines. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, MS SharePoint, or proposal automation tools. - Relevant certifications such as APMP (Proposal Management) or Marketing certifications. - Exposure to digital marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, or thought leadership content in healthcare. - Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to support sales strategy.
