We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Project Lead – R&D (Wax Chemistry)

PhD Chemist

dispersions, emulsions, and specialty formulations

🔬 What You’ll Do:

• Drive R&D projects in wax synthesis, modification & formulation.
• Develop next-generation dispersions/emulsions for industrial applications.
• Conduct hands-on lab work and support scale-up to production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to customers.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• PhD in Chemistry

  with 8–12+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong background in

  polyethylene and paraffin wax chemistry

  .
• Experience in emulsions, dispersions & application development.
• Excellent analytical & project leadership capabilities.
