Senior Manager - Program & Project Management

The Delivery Head plays a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing the delivery of projects primarily in the Energy Sector This role ensures that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards It requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership communication financial management and project management skills ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery Ensure the successful delivery of projects with a focus on the Energy Sector by managing timelines budgets and resources effectively Team Leadership Lead a team of project managers developers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals Client Engagement Maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction Quality Assurance Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Resource Allocation Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance and productivity Financial Management Oversee the financial performance of projects including revenue cost and profitability Ensure the financial health of the projects by monitoring budgets and expenditures Reporting Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status risks issues and financial performance Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions
BACKGROUND WORK EXPERIENCE At least 10 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role including financial management responsibilities Certifications PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable EDUCATION MinPreferredEducation Level Minimum Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management Finance or a related field A masters degree is preferred
