Senior Manager - OTC (FMCG)

Job Title: Senior Manager-Marketing - OTC (FMCG) / Trade Business

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager Marketing to lead our Over-the-Counter (OTC) - FMCG business of Trade marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer healthcare marketing, a deep understanding of OTC - FMCG products, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive sales and achieve business objectives for the OTC - FMCG product portfolio.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities effectively.
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
5. Drive brand positioning, messaging, and creative development to enhance brand equity and differentiation in the market.
6. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets to support brand awareness and product promotion.
7. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics and KPIs.
8. Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry trends to adapt marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
10. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns through performance analysis, ROI measurement, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
6. Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
7. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the OTC healthcare sector.
8. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel marketing strategies is a plus.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
