Senior Manager- Operations (Telecom)

The Delivery Leader, Operations role entails managing service delivery for a premium Global Telecom Client while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include setting and modifying program plans as needed, prioritizing tasks, optimizing operations, and resolving conflicts to enhance effectiveness in achieving business results and strategic goals. This position is a key leadership role with P&L responsibility, directly influencing the growth trajectory of one of the most disruptive and fastest-growing businesses in the company. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 12 years of operations experience within a BPO/Contact Centre, with recent experience in managing operations. Domain knowledge in Global Telecom, particularly in Customer Service & Sales, is preferred. You must have a proven track record of leading and motivating large teams, attracting and nurturing talent, exceeding performance metrics and contractual obligations, and building relationships within a matrix-driven organization. Strong client-facing communication, negotiation skills, analytical acumen, and an MBA/PG degree would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule includes morning shifts and US shifts. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working Australian Shift from 5 am. The work location is in person.
