Senior Manager- Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-ground planning and execution of events, with a focus on pushing boundaries with new technology and vendor engagements in the Entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting for Corporate Events, 70 EMG Intellectual Properties, Weddings, Award Shows, Festivals, and all other 70 EMG events. - Ensuring design, execution, and production align with client specifications. - Maintaining quality control of external resources such as manpower, event-specific collaterals, and event production. - Engaging with new vendors and managing existing vendor relationships, staying updated on the latest inventory and technology trends. - Managing large-scale projects, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and ensuring projects are on track. - Interacting directly with key clients, understanding their needs, and developing project plans accordingly. - Collaborating effectively with internal departments to ensure successful event execution. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Masters in Event Management or MBA. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Entertainment, Events, Weddings, or Live Entertainment industry.
