The Opportunity
Are you an experienced and visionary engineering leader with a passion for building and mentoring high-performing teams? We are seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering to lead key responsibilities within our Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of our enterprise-grade Kubernetes offering. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical development background in distributed systems, who has successfully transitioned into a management role and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects with high quality.
About the Team
The NKP Team delivers a complete, enterprise-grade, production-ready Kubernetes-based platform for modern applications. NKP integrates the best of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystem into a lifecycle-managed package, simplifying Kubernetes operations while providing seamless application mobility and integrated security and compliance. With NKP, enterprises benefit from a production-ready platform at a dramatically reduced total cost of ownership (TCO).

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
