Your role will involve planning, organizing, and supervising the extraction process, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, managing mine workers, and collaborating with different departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mine planning and operations management, expertise in safety protocols and regulatory compliance, proven leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective team management capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience in modern mining technologies and techniques. You should be able to work in a challenging environment, meet project deadlines, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred). A First Class Mines Manager Certificate is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry.,
