What You’ll Do for Us

As the Creative Strategy Lead for HST(Hydration, Sports and Tea) in INSWA, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how one of the world’s most iconic brands comes to life in our markets. In close partnership with the Global HST Creative team, you will:

  • Architect and Align Creative Strategy: Develop and align stakeholders on the creative strategy for HST in INSWA, including both the base business and innovation launches.

  • Drive Strategic Leadership in IMX: Collaborate with the IMX Lead and end-to-end (E2E) teams to embed strategic thinking throughout the Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) process. Ensure consistency in strategy across internal teams and agency partners, while evolving it as needed to stay relevant and effective.

  • Incorporate Research and Measurement: Proactively integrate consumer insights, cultural trends, and data into campaign development. Help define measurement frameworks to evaluate and optimize creative outputs.

  • Champion Global-Local Translation: Translate global/regional brand direction into local strategies that resonate with consumers, future-proof the brand, and inspire differentiated marketing ideas in INSWA.

  • Foster Collaboration and Creative Rigor: Build a collaborative, high-performance culture across brand and agency teams that encourages bold, breakthrough thinking.

  • Strategic Creativity: Combine consumer insight, cultural understanding, and business objectives to create powerful creative strategies that drive brand love and business growth.

  • Inspiring Communication: Create the strategic foundation that sparks, evaluates, and optimizes integrated creative ideas as part of HST’s annual marketing agenda.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Influence across functions and agency partners to open new and innovative growth spaces for the brand.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred a masters degree in communication/ marketing Related Work Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or brand planning.

  • Proven experience working with (or within) top-tier creative agencies.

  • Track record of shaping and inspiring award-winning or high-impact creative campaigns
