Senior Manager - Legal

As a Senior Manager - II (Grade 12) at Flipkart Legal team, you will play a crucial role in the B2B legal vertical. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Supporting contract drafting, review, and negotiations for various agreements such as brand license agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, and more. - Drafting and reviewing offer terms, conditions, and policies for e-commerce platforms in compliance with relevant laws. - Providing legal advice on regulatory matters including e-commerce laws, FDI laws, intellectual property laws, and contract compliance requirements. - Conducting research on new regulations and legal regimes for different business domains and advising on legal risks and mitigation strategies. - Contributing to projects involving the establishment of policies and processes for legal risk identification and mitigation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A law graduate with 7-9 years of experience in E-Commerce/FMCG/Retail/Services Company. - Inquisitive and research-oriented mindset. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to take ownership, be accountable, and build strong relationships with internal clients. - High integrity, excellent judgment, and good business acumen. - Proficiency in transactional work, contract review, drafting, and negotiating. - Strong teamwork, contract risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. - Enthusiastic, reliable, and quick to understand business requirements with the ability to manage quick turnaround times.,
