Corporate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

Independently review, draft, and negotiate
medium to high complexity agreements
.
Stay updated with
latest legal and regulatory changes
and conduct impact analysis.
Interpret and integrate
relevant laws and rules
into agreement drafts.
Negotiate clauses
with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutual consensus.
Assist in
standardizing legal templates
and improving contract processes.
Coordinate with business teams and partners to ensure
timely closure of agreements
.
Maintain and update the
contract management tool
.
Provide
day-to-day legal advisory
support to internal departments.

Proven experience in
agreement vetting and negotiation
.
Excellent
command over English
(speaking, writing, and comprehension).
