Senior Manager(SM) Construction Chemical & Waterproofing We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional for Project Sales in our Construction Chemicals division. Key Responsibilities Identify upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Meet and build relationships with project stakeholders – architects, consultants, builders, PMC teams, and contractors. Generate inquiries and convert them into orders through effective product pitching and negotiations. Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical presentations as required. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, technical support, and timely delivery. Build strong relationships with influences and channel partners to increase reach. Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and provide market feedback for strategic planning. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the division. Location- Handle whole North India Experience- 7-8 years Language known-English, Hindi
