Senior Manager - IO - Alternative Asset Operations(Syndicate Loan)

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager (2B) in Investment Operations with a focus on Alternative Asset Operations at M&G Global Services in Mumbai, your overall job purpose will be to support the administration of a variety of private assets and investments for both internal and external clients. Specifically, you will be responsible for the settlement and administration of Syndicated Bank Loans, CLO, Private Debt, Equity, and Collective Investments. Your role will involve ensuring cash, stock, and data reconciliations between various platforms, responding to queries from stakeholders, liaising with international teams, implementing process improvements, and managing error resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Work within a team to process, instruct, settle, and monitor Leveraged Loans, CLO, Private Debt, Equity, and Collective Investment transactions. - Conduct reconciliations between Custodians, TPAs, Aladdin, WSO, WSOWeb, and AllVue to meet SLA requirements. - Respond to internal and external queries within specified time frames. - Collaborate with international teams to address and resolve asset-related issues. - Build relationships with key counterparts and stakeholders. - Identify and implement process improvements using RPA and AI technology. - Escalate, communicate, and resolve errors while adhering to risk frameworks. - Lead or contribute to Ad-Hoc Business projects and share outcomes with relevant parties. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Syndicate Bank Loans, CLO, and Private Debt loan processing. - Strong knowledge of SWIFT messages such as MT210, MT202, and MT103. - Experience with asset classes like CLO, Syndicated, Equity, Fixed Income, and Real Estate investments. - Proficiency in WSO, WSOWeb, and BlackRock Aladdin platforms. - Managerial expertise in leading a team and managing day-to-day operations effectively. - Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics. - Relevant certifications in Investment Management and technical skills like SQL and VB would be advantageous.,
