Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Invoice to Cash at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing and owning the end-to-end Order to Cash process with minimum supervision. Your role will involve maintaining strong customer relations, overseeing order management and fulfilment, credit management, claims, and collections. You will need to have a deep understanding of the industry best practices and be able to transform existing processes into improved states. Your key responsibilities will include actively managing the business continuity plans for the process, meeting outlined standards of timeliness and accuracy, and continuously coaching and developing Managers & Assistant Managers. You will need to support team priorities and initiatives, identify automation opportunities for efficiency, and partner with Human Resources for employee development and retention. To excel in this role, you must have a B. Com Graduate degree or equivalent experience, along with prior work experience in the OTC domain. Excellent leadership skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication & presentation skills are mandatory. Experience in creating, implementing, and driving structured action plans will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include L3 Manager experience, exposure to Six Sigma training, and candidates with valid US Visa. Experience with international process transition would be an added advantage.
