💰 Salary: Hike on current CTC (as per industry standards)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Drive international sales and business development in key markets (Europe, USA etc.)

* Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and distributors

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet export targets

* Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer needs

* Represent the company in international trade shows and buyer meetings

* Collaborate with internal teams – Production, Documentation, Logistics – for seamless order execution

🔹 Desired Profile:

* 8–12 years of proven experience in international marketing within the textile/yarn industry

* Strong understanding of global export documentation, compliance, and trade practices

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Willingness to travel internationally as needed
