Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept design, interior space planning, and material palette development aligned with Sukoon’s calm, healing, and luxury-wellness identity.
• Coordinate detailed interior layouts, joinery, and lighting design, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and MEP services.
• Oversee design documentation and BOQ preparation in coordination with architects, consultants, and site teams.
• Evaluate furniture, lighting, façade details and finishes for functionality, durability, and visual harmony within a wellness context.
• Support in site execution activities by ensuring design intent and quality standards are upheld across multiple project locations.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor teams for cost-effective material selection without compromising design integrity.
• Drive innovation in spatial storytelling, patient comfort, and therapeutic ambience through thoughtful design interventions.
• Liaise with consultants for acoustic, lighting, and sustainability aspects to enhance environmental quality.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Strong command over

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator

  for designing, presentation rendering and mood board creation activities.
• Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as Revit, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray can be added advantage.
• Good understanding of

  MS Office

  for documentation & data management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institution.

• Proven track record of Interior Design & Drawing coordination activities in luxury retail, boutique hospitality, or healthcare interiors having an overall work experience of

  around 8-15 Years

• Strong eye for material detailing, ambient lighting, and tactile finishes.
• Excellent understanding of project coordination, interdisciplinary coordination (consultants, site teams, procurement, vendors) & stakeholder management.
• Ability to attend the site RFIs (Request for Information), troubleshoot the issue & guide the team for proper execution works.
• Self-motivated individual to designers and collaborate with site and procurement teams.
• Sensitivity toward wellness-oriented design, sustainability, and human experience.
