Job Description

As the Country HR Leader in India, you will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions in the India region. Your role will involve strategic leadership, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, change management, and HR technology initiatives. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership & Compliance: - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Handle employee relations matters and maintain governance and audit readiness. - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: - Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring. - Manage onboarding programs aligning with global standards. - Performance & Talent Development: - Implement talent management frameworks and provide coaching to managers. - Lead local leadership development programs and capability building. - Employee Engagement & Culture Building: - Drive employee engagement initiatives reflecting global values. - Promote AGCO's mission and values within the India organization. - Change Management & Communication: - Execute global change initiatives with effective communication. - Support organizational design and restructuring efforts. - HR Technology & Digital Enablement: - Utilize HR systems for enhanced service delivery and drive digital HR transformation. - Ensure data integrity and system accuracy in collaboration with global HRIS teams. - HR Analytics & Reporting: - Analyze HR metrics for decision-making and strategic planning. - Present HR dashboards and reports with actionable insights to leadership. In addition to the responsibilities, your competencies should include business & HR acumen, strategic problem-solving, influence & collaboration, innovative HR solutions, and digital fluency. Your performance will be measured based on KPIs such as manager and employee satisfaction scores, resolution turnaround time, achievement of strategic HR goals, HR system adoption, and compliance outcomes. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment. - In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong leadership skills and proficiency in HR systems and digital tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in managing HR teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders. - Experience in or supporting a Global Capability Center (GCC) is advantageous.
