About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial HR practices, union handling, and legal compliance to help drive a productive and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions across the organization
• Handle union negotiations, employee relations, and grievance redressal
• Ensure legal compliance in labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
• Partner with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
• Manage HR audits, policy development, and disciplinary procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Industrial HR, with strong exposure to unionized environments
• Educational Qualifications:
• Master's in Human Resource Management (MHRM) or MBA in HR
• LLB or legal knowledge related to labor laws is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven expertise in union handling and labor relations
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead HR teams and work cross-functionally
