You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Talent and Development team you serve as a trusted advisor to partners/leaders with a focus on accelerating the development of people. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You collaborate with partners/leaders to identify issues, develop and execute action plans across various areas of people strategy including diversity, development, performance management, and rewards and recognition.

What You Must Have
  • High School Diploma
  • 6 years of Human Capital or PwC Experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
