Job Description

Role & responsibilities -Minimum 10 yrs of total experience in HR Should have experience in handling HR for manufacturing units. -Should have handled both strategic and operational HR for corporate and plant. -Handled HR for both white and blue collared workers -Should have hands-on experience in talent Acquisition. -Should have experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. -Should have experience in building and implementing compensation and benefit plans. -Should have experience in handling Performance mgmt. -Should be able to identify and need for employee training. -Should have experience in handling employee relations. -Should have good experience in Labour Laws and regulations and company policies. -Should be able to assist in handling employee related legal issues.
